Face it....there are more retards out there now then normal people....yep its called progress...alcoholic parents many of whom are on dope....busted marriages....one parent families.... kids outta control... its now "cool" to drive a booming car.... alcoholic kids who are dopeheads from the age of 10 years on.... yep this is the society we have created so feel proud, feel happy and learn to live with it cos it is only going to get worse!!!

Hawny recommends keeping a supply of homemade "sonic grenades" on hand: buy a roll of duck tape, a box of pinball-size ball bearings, and a couple of cases of airhorns - the kind annoying fans use in the stands at basketball games. Use the duck tape and a ball bearing to continuously press down the airhorn - it will keep going and going and going... then just throw it in any open window of the punks' cars. For added revenge, use adhesive liberally on the outside of the can, so it will stick to whatever it hits. Take care not to get any on your hands, of course, lest this unpleasant surprise backfire.

I live next to a high school and I HATE morning, lunch, and when school gets out. My son is afaid of the 'thunder' and won't nap without fear. Of course, I can't let my kids play in the front because the high schoolers not only have the volume turned up and can't hear anything in the neighborhood but they speed too (I don't want my kids to become speed bumps).

People say the police dispatchers claims there's not much that can be done.
They can setup kids to buy drugs, then shoot them in the back, Bust down doors of mothers with infants and murder them and say OOOPS! Roadblock thousands of vehicles at random road blocks.
People continuously busy doing the wrong thing find
it difficult to impossible to do the right thing.
If the police would simply do their jobs They could eradicate the problem instantly.
Maybe they don't wanna,
like, Tobacco, Big OIL,
BIG NOISE IS BIG MONEY.
Police say they have to catch them, they stop thousands of innocents to see if someones had a nip.
yet they can't spot a BOOM mobile, easier to spot than a train! A half dozen unmarked cars for the average city would make millions for the city, or produce a quiet city.
They just don't wanna!
